CONSUMER HEALTH DATA PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: October 28, 2026
1. SCOPE AND OPERATOR
Mir Image Creations, LLC operates SkillSpot Golf. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy for the health-related information described below, including where the Washington My Health My Data Act or another consumer-health privacy law applies. SkillSpot provides golf practice and coaching tools. Its optional physical-profile feature helps adapt practice around considerations you disclose; it does not provide healthcare or guarantee prevention of injury. Our existing account-age requirements, including the prohibition on under-13 accounts, continue to apply.
2. INFORMATION AND SOURCES
- Optional physical-profile inputs: selected current or past concerns involving the back, knees, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, or ankles; mobility and activity level; age and height used for coaching context; and a short note about other physical considerations.
- Information you include in communications: limitations or other health-related details you choose to type or dictate to Mo or provide in a support request.
- Related coaching records: saved conversations, coaching context or memories, plans, analyses, and derived movement information, to the extent they contain or reveal health-related information about you. A movement measurement or golf result is not automatically a medical finding.
Sources include your submitted choices and text, movement information derived from supported on-device swing capture, information supplied through authorized coach-capture features, and records generated while providing your requested coaching. Team membership does not automatically import your private physical profile into a coach's records. This feature does not request medical charts or a healthcare-provider connection. Share only information relevant to your golf guidance.
3. PURPOSES
Relevant considerations help tailor drill selection, movement range, intensity, volume, instructions, and coaching context. They may be saved to support the history and continuity of requested features. We also handle relevant records to provide support, protect accounts, investigate misuse, address your requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising. Adaptations do not diagnose or treat an injury, certify medical fitness, or establish that an activity is safe for you.
4. PROCESSING AND RECIPIENTS
Relevant submitted limitations, messages, derived movement information, and coaching context may be processed by the cloud, hosting, security, and AI providers identified in Sections 6 and 8 of our Privacy Policy. These include Google Firebase and related Google Cloud infrastructure and the AI provider used for the requested feature. A support or rights request containing health-related information may also be handled by authorized personnel and the communication providers needed for that request. Provider processing remains subject to its applicable terms, configuration, and legal obligations.
Private injury selections and personal Mo conversations do not become available to a coach, team, Crew, or Group merely because you join. If you deliberately include health-related information in shared content, it follows that content's permitted audience. Authorized coach-capture analyses have their separately disclosed team and personal-copy rules. We do not disclose optional physical-profile information to affiliated companies for their independent marketing or profiling. Relevant information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law, including to address a lawful request, protect rights, or handle a safeguarded business transfer as explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. CHOICES AND RETENTION
Your physical profile is optional. Supported settings let you deselect injury areas, clear the additional-considerations note, and change values. Some choices start with default values; they are not medical findings or confirmation of fitness. Changes save automatically after interaction and may wait for synchronization. Leaving a field unset does not establish that you are injury-free. Where law requires a separate consent or other permission, providing an optional field or accepting general Terms does not replace that requirement.
Editing a setting does not automatically remove earlier messages, coaching memories, plans, analyses, backups, or provider records. Contact us if your request concerns those records or stopping further collection or use. Account deletion and available record controls are described in the Privacy Policy. Retention is limited by the feature, your requests, and applicable legal needs; health-related information does not become anonymous merely because a displayed name is removed.
6. REQUESTS, DELETION, AND APPEALS
Email privacy@skillspotgolf.com with the subject Consumer Health Request to ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of permission, or stopping further use. Where applicable, access includes confirmation of covered processing and information about recipients and how to contact them. Describe the affected records or feature; you do not need to create a new account. We may verify your identity or a representative's authority using only information reasonably needed for that purpose.
Where Washington's law applies, we respond within 45 days of receipt, with one additional 45-day extension when reasonably necessary and explained within the first period. A qualifying deletion includes the required notifications to recipients. Where that law permits delayed deletion from archived or backup systems, the delay may not exceed six months after the request is authenticated. Any shorter applicable deadline and lawful exceptions continue to govern.
If we deny a request, we explain the reason and any available appeal. Reply to the decision or email the same address with the subject Consumer Health Appeal. For a Washington appeal, we provide a written response within 45 days; if denied, you may submit a complaint to the Washington Attorney General. Other applicable regulator complaint rights remain available. We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising these rights; a requested feature may depend on information needed to provide it.
7. CONTACT AND CHANGES
Contact Mir Image Creations, LLC at privacy@skillspotgolf.com about this policy. We update the date when this policy changes and provide notice or obtain a separate permission where applicable law requires it before introducing a new category, purpose, or covered disclosure. Updating a policy does not itself authorize a new use of earlier health-related information.
