Practice & Paths

Find What Matters

Not sure where to start?

Spot helps you find your focus. Describe a concern in Quick Take, choose an area yourself, record a swing for analysis, or explore Fundamentals and Skill Paths. Your chosen practice comes together on the Train page.

Actual Spot page with Swing Analysis, Skill Path and Quick Take options

Swing Analysis PRO

Film your swing or upload one you already have. Mo shows you what he sees, what he wants you to work on, and why, starting with the most important fault first, not a 70-point report card. The analysis feeds directly into your practice plan, so you’re not just watching video. You’re doing something about it.

Quick Take PRO

On the Spot page, tell Mo what’s been happening in your game. Quick Take helps match what you describe to areas worth working on. Review and adjust those suggestions, then choose Create Plan when you’re ready.

Your Practice, Connected

One place to put in the work.

The Train page brings together Training, Crews, Groups, and Paths. Work on your own plan, practice with friends, find golfers working toward the same goal, or return to a Skill Path—all part of the same improvement journey.

Training

Switch between Your Practice Plan and Drill Library to prepare your drills, put in the work, and record your results.

Crews · Groups · Paths

Choose the practice company that suits you, or keep it solo. Paths brings you back to Your Paths, where your current work and completed attempts stay together.

Mo’s Practice Plans PRO

Less guessing.More useful reps.

Mo turns what he knows about your schedule, your current golf game, and your last round into a focused practice plan. Each drill comes with what to do, why it helps, how to know it’s working, and a video example if you want one.
